These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Hungry Horse services, including but not limited to visiting our pub restaurants, using our website (www.hungryhorse.co.uk), mobile applications, booking systems, and any other services we provide.

- Refers to any Hungry Horse pub restaurant location.
3. Use of Our Services
Hungry Horse services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of our services.
Prohibited Activities Include:
- Using our services in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity or providing false information
- Causing damage to our venues, property, or reputation
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening our staff or other customers
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Using our services to transmit any viruses or malicious code

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or any part of our website for business or operational reasons.
5. Bookings & Reservations
When making a booking at a Hungry Horse venue, you agree to the following terms:
- Bookings are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion
- You must provide accurate contact information when making a booking
- For group bookings (typically 8 or more people), specific terms may apply including pre-ordering requirements and cancellation policies
- We hold tables for 15 minutes beyond your booked time. After this period, we reserve the right to allocate your table to other customers
- Special requests (e.g., specific table locations, dietary requirements) will be noted but cannot be guaranteed
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact the relevant venue directly as soon as possible. For large group bookings, specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may include cancellation charges.
6. Food & Drink Orders
All food and drink orders are subject to availability. Menu items, prices, and promotions may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
Order Accuracy
It is your responsibility to check your order at the time of service and notify staff immediately of any discrepancies. Once payment has been processed, changes to orders may not be possible.
Service Times
Food service times vary by location and day. Please check with your local Hungry Horse for specific serving times. Last orders will be taken at the discretion of the management.
7. Payment Terms
Payment for food, drinks, and services is due at the time of order or before leaving the venue, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept most major credit/debit cards and cash.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure prices displayed are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Service Charges
A discretionary service charge may be added to bills for large groups (typically 8 or more people). This will be clearly indicated on your bill and is at your discretion to pay.
8. Promotions & Offers
From time to time, we may run promotions, special offers, or discounts. These are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be made available at the time of the promotion. General terms for promotions include:
- Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice
- Promotions are subject to availability and may be limited to specific times, dates, or locations
- Vouchers or promotional codes must be presented at the time of ordering/payment
- Promotional items may have specific age restrictions (e.g., alcohol promotions)

All intellectual property rights in our services, including the Hungry Horse name, logo, website content, menus, and marketing materials, are owned by or licensed to Hungry Horse Ltd. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
You may print or download extracts from our website for your personal reference, but you must not modify any materials or use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our website must always be acknowledged. You must not use any part of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us.

Our Liability to You
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you started using our services.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill.
12. Customer Conduct
We operate a strict policy to ensure all customers and staff can enjoy our venues in a safe and pleasant environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if their behavior is deemed unacceptable, including but not limited to:
- Violent, aggressive, or abusive behavior toward staff or other customers
- Excessive intoxication
- Use of illegal substances on our premises
- Damage to our property or the property of other customers
- Any form of harassment or discrimination
- Failure to comply with reasonable requests from our staff
We operate in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 without acceptable proof of age, or to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
13. Children & Minors
Children are welcome at Hungry Horse venues until 9:00 PM, subject to individual venue licensing conditions. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Proof of Age
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked for proof of age when purchasing alcohol. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driving license, or PASS accredited proof of age card.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide acceptable proof of age when requested.
14. Allergen Information
While we take great care to provide accurate allergen information, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen environments and supply chains.
It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. Our staff can provide allergen information for our menu items, but customers with severe allergies should exercise caution as cross-contamination may occur in our kitchens.

15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by amending this page. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
